Filing a notice
So that we can act quickly, your notice should include the following details:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the content in the app you are asking us to remove, in a way that lets us locate it. The simplest way is the puzzle's share link or a screenshot of it.
- Your contact details: full name, email address, and a phone number or address if available.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the content is not authorised by the rights holder or by law.
- A statement that the details in your notice are accurate, and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
- A signature, physical or electronic.
What happens after a notice is received
- We review every request and remove infringing content within 24 hours of receiving a valid notice.
- The creator who uploaded the content is notified of the removal and the reason for it.
- The removal is recorded in our moderation log, together with who performed it and when.
Counter notice
If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake, or that you have the right to use it, you may send a counter notice to the same address. The counter notice should identify the removed content, give your contact details, and state that you believe in good faith that the content was removed in error. We will forward the counter notice to the party that filed the original complaint, and absent legal proceedings we may restore the content.
Repeat infringer policy
An account whose content is removed for infringement three times is permanently barred from publishing new content in the app.
This policy is enforced automatically by the system rather than at case-by-case discretion, so that it applies equally to everyone. A removal reversed following a justified counter notice does not count.
AI generated content
Content created with artificial intelligence tools is subject to the same rules. Uploading such content does not relieve the uploader of the responsibility to make sure it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
Misuse of this process
Knowingly filing a notice about content that does not infringe may expose the sender to liability. Please make sure you are the rights holder, or authorised to act on their behalf, before contacting us.
Governing law
The service is operated from Israel and is governed by Israeli law. We also apply the procedure described here to notices based on other copyright laws, including the US DMCA, regardless of where the sender is based.
